Saleem Razack, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Core Faculty Member of Medical Education at McGill University. He also holds the post of Assistant Dean of Admissions, Equity, and Diversity at the university. He holds a medical degree from the University of Toronto Medical School.

Saleem worked with faculty members at the Aga Khan University (AKU) to establish criteria for the admission of students to the health professions that take into account the variations in the quality of education in the three countries, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, in which AKU operates in East Africa.
